GraduatesAre you a Graduate with solid results in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or Business Management? Do you have knowledge and ability, an adaptable way of thinking, along with enthusiasm, communications skills and the ability to work with others? Right from your first day with Dytecna Ltd you will be working on key assignments and in time you will take responsibility for projects yourself. The company through your Line Manager will regularly review your goals to keep you on track via the company's Personal Performance Review process. Graduate Development ProgrammeOur structured 2 year training programme will include internal and external training courses, aimed at supporting you in attaining a recognised professional qualification. During these training events you will have the opportunity to meet and network with Graduates from other Dytecna business groups in the UK.
