Our training management is geared to reduce risk by a staged process of development.

We involve our customers and stakeholders at every stage of production in order to ensure that individual training fully meets all requirements and joins seamlessly to the team and collective training programme. Working in accordance with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) to produce training needs analysis, lesson planning, course design and training fully integrated with ILS; we will produce a comprehensive whole-life solution that increases the value and flexibility of the training solution while minimising the delivery cost.

Strategy

Dytecna will call upon a number of appropriate experts in their analysis of a training requirement. Together they will actively design and deliver training for maintenance and user personnel. Dytecna is able to draw on this experienced team to provide the customer with the entire spectrum of training, media and methodologies and to advise them which would be the most appropriate to ensure that their enabling objectives are effectively met.

Dytecna's significant experience of military programmes enables it to offer a complete range of courses from train the trainer solutions to satisfy initial conversion training through to the delivery of complete training services. Our approach uses a proven and balanced level of theory, practical and multimedia based training, with a continued commitment to enhance training effectiveness through the introduction of emerging technologies, multimedia and new training equipment.

Dytecna ensures that any proposed solution maximizes synergies and benefits to the customer, minimises risk and considers aspects of steady state training, through life support, cross equipment compatibility and interoperability where appropriate.
